Coniston is a distributor of UOP products. UOP has developed several high capacity MOLSIV adsorbent formulations to remove and tightly trap water and solvents from the IG air space, thereby maximizing the life of your units. We have beaded products for systems employing hollow metal spacer. At Coniston we carry the Molsiv 2000 line, in the 10 x 20 and 16 x 40 bead sizes.

PIB Sealant

Our PIB Slugs are a black polyisobutylene based sealant that exhibits excellent long-term stability and remains permanently flexible, even at low temperatures. Our slugs exhibit low argon permeability and inherently low moisture vapour transmission along with excellent adhesion to aluminum and stainless steel spacer bar.

Bondaflex Silicone Sealant

BFX 4400 insulating glass sealant is a two-part thixotropic sealing compound specifically developed for sealing insulating glass units against the penetration of moisture. It is based on silicone polymer and is designed for use with a PIB inner seal in the manufacture of insulating glass units. BFX 4400 insulating glass sealant is intended for use in the manufacture of insulating glass units for residential, commercial, and structurally glazed applications.
